Basic flying mounts require level 25/27 to learn and Time to Fly quest still requires level 30 in 11.0?

  • Dragonriding renamed to Skyriding and is now learned at level 10 (was 60).
  • Expert Riding now increases steady flight speed by 220% (was 150%) and is now learned at level 20 (was 30).

But, the basic flying mounts you can buy in Stormwind require level 25/27 to learn?

Non-Swift Gryphons Requires level 25
Swift Gryphons Requires level 27

This quest should be reduced to level 10 and the flying mount given to new players.

Blizzard, please fix this since you made both Skyriding and Steady Flight available at level 10 and 20 in 11.0.
