There are a lot of bad ones. But even so, I would have to say the worst ones for DKs are any set that look like they’d be on a Paladin. There are quite a few of those…
Other than wearing it once a year on Hallow’s Eve to scare the gnomes, this set really hasn’t a lot upside for me:

The Blackrock Foundry tier sets for monks. Not quite sure what the look was going for, but I wouldn’t call it stylish.
Warrior one was bad? I thought it looked nice.
Only my two cents but at least the hands or vest could be made with custom sets. The Monk’s ironskin sets are terrible.
Tier 13 (Dragon Soul). Hated that lock set.
Krad wins. Nothing to me is worse than the sheer abominations coming out of AQ. The colors don’t even match, I don’t even think the people who designed it understand how armor works or what the color theory is, it’s low resolution so obviously it looks worse than the modern stuff.
Those sets are the worst.
That’s debatable lol. But at the time hunter tier 1-3 were incredible so in comparison 2.5 is still pretty rough. I have no clue what they were thinking when they designed those

I have exactly 3 sets and none of them are really terrible
All of them, druid sets are just plain trash
The AQ Hunter set is the literally the best hunter set ever made.
