Hey guys, this thread is for talking about new races in future expansions, whether they’d be base line (unlocked just by buying new expac and start at level 1) or Allied (Unlocked through game content and start at a higher level). I also thought we should mention what classes they could or should be.
Bare in mind, I see this as a long term thing, rather than “all at once”. So while one or two may seem too soon (Or shouldn’t be added together), they could come at a later time as well.
Also, I don’t mention warrior or hunter for any of the races because at this point, there’s no lore reason why said doesn’t have people who can bash with weapons or shoot things with or without pets at their side. Also, I don’t mention death knights, because with the allied race and pandas being added, there’s pretty much no lore reason that goes against Bolvar raising a dead warrior from that race for the Ebon Blade.
Alliance:
Wild Hammer Dwarves: Shaman, druid, priest, mage, rogue, monk
Broken Draenei: Shaman, rogue, warlock, druid (Maybe), monk, Demon Hunter (Lore-wise it could work if Blizzard decided to finally add new races and they could find an approiate horde equivalent. Maybe Orcs?)
Night Elf-Worgen/Alpha: Druid, mage, priest, rogue, monk
Horde:
Ogres: Shaman, priest, mage, warlock, monk
Moknathal: Shaman, priest, warlock, mage, rogue, monk
Kelpfin Goblins: Shaman, rogue, priest, warlock, mage
