The author stated will no longer will work in midnight I need suggestions as to what to replace it with I already tried dominos ( don’t like it)

Stock bars are actually fine as long as you don’t need mouseover or hide macro text

i stopped using bartender when edit mode was introduced.

The menu bar I was able to put it into rows and detach the eye ball icon and put somewhere else on my screen I tried the edit mod it doesn’t have that option

i was going to suggest “moveanything”, but i have no idea about update status because i’ve never used it 
I have my ui set up on beta using Dominos & Masque for the action bars

Nothing.
Blizzards addon nuke is going to hurt most ui addons, regardless of people claiming its only combat addons and combat api.
So I would honestly get used to the default because who knows if domino is going to make the cut come prepatch.

According to the maintainer, the problem is in one of the add-ons dependencies.
Libactionbutton-1.0 isn’t working because it uses API calls that are broken, if this dependency were fixed or if the addon swapped to using blizzard button templates, the addon could be saved.
The maintainer doesn’t seem to be interested in putting the work into that, understandibly.
This might be a chance for someone to take over the addon and carry on its legacy if the maintainer would clarify the code licensing for forking or facilitate a handoff.

Dominos is really the only alternative. What don’t you like about it? I dumped Bartender for Dominos years ago and It’s already updated for Midnight.
The author of Bartender could update it for Midnight he is simply choosing not to.

I mean, its bars with slots on them you can change the number of and make them show if empty or not.
The literal only things they cannot do that Dominos can is hide macro text, use mouseover appearance, change the background coloring, and edit the font. I have spent dozens of hours messing with the UI and action bars are quite possible the least problematic item in the entire UI and hyperbole like what you are saying is useless and counterproductive.

Its the same bars minus what, a black background? Listen, I wrote three pages of how the UI needs a ton of work but this is such a non issue.
