It seems like nobody knows this amazing weapon exists. I got it for my felguard. You get a quest item drop from the Maldraxxi mobs in Revendreth. You need a mission table. Who is Bar-Fusan?

I just got that recently, too. Since it’s new and drops from NPCs some people might not even kill post patch, it’s not too surprising that it’s still relatively unknown at this point.
