we played the game. most bots were flyhacking and also some were teleporting to nodes. most of them under the earth, some of them just being hunters.

It was the same in tbc just had no bad outcome for players just as black lotus in vanilla had.

Players with to much gold is bad and players with to many mats is bad. Botting plus RMT plus GDKP creates both and its economic chaos. GDKP provides a way to move massive amounts of gold that is actually unnecessary. No one needs that much gold and farms could actually provide you with all the gold you need without the bots. GDKP throws the economy out of balance by putting a price tag on items that aren’t supposed to cost gold.

I played I almost got a lotus but got killed by the other faction that was the only lotus I ever even saw they were scarce I just feel like if I were a bot I would go for lower hanging fruit like stranglekelp or blindweed

FYI I was legit just asking a question not “trying to speak like an expert.” I dont need to be an expert to have an opinion or to ask a question. This mentality “Point and laugh at the tourist.” costs more players than the GDKP ban ever could. Not that I care but it is unnecessary to be like that and kind of childish.

Its better then them making a decision that does nothing to solve the problem and leaves the play base with less ways to play the game. Good luck finding a ZG/AQ20 in the final phases of the game. People aren’t going to do it when their is no incentive anymore.

Then ban the people doing it. Don’t ban the players from using gold earned in game and spending it.
