Hey is this a bug or as intended…? I hope it gets fixed and it allows you to use it otherwise there is little points of taking the talent which sucks.

BoH is massively bugged right now especially when also talented into Mayhem. It’s just not worth picking up.
I noticed this today while I’m speced into Havoc. Hope this will be fixed!
