This should be changed. The potion bandolier with the throwing knives should be on your chest, not your back. How would you reach them? It also honestly looks stupid/bad. Maybe instead of going into cloak it should be a tabbard?

The player is magic.
We can make things float. We make things float all the time.
Our shoulderpads float.
So you can simply make things float from the bandolier to your hand
