Not sure if its a bug or some weird alteration, but my tailor was levelling bandaging and made some Mageweave Bandages which heal 856 health. However when she learned Heavy Mageweave Bandages, they only heal 664 health. ??
3 months later and seems no fix as of yet must be a works as intended issue
