already had him levelled 25, charity claimed another and tonight doing pet battles with squirt in garrison and notice level 25 bananas is missing?? i had two and now only have the new level one

My wife just claimed hers on the shop but it’s not showing up in game. When she goes to the store it says she’s already claimed it, but in the pet journal she only sees bananas if she turns on the ability to show un-collected pets. She has logged out and back in a couple of times and still nothing.
But you lost one that was already trained???
I claimed mine and it showed up in my account the next time I logged in.

go to shop in wow then pets then you will see bananas is free just hit claim. does posting these bugs ever get a official answer ?

Not that I have seen. I am part of one that has been open for 6 months about filthling pet not dropping from quivering filth elites and they have neither fixed nor ever responded to the problem. I just feel like I waste time every day looking at the post to see if it has gotten a real answer, not to mention actually going out there to see if it drops.
