It’s the end of the expansion. People are dumping their soon-to-be piles of junk materials. I bet that’s a bigger driver of prices dropping than multiboxers.

Multiboxing means each client window is performing a single action in response to a single button press. You can use hardware, multiboxing software, or just Windows 10 to accomplish this.

Botting means that the character is performing actions independently of the player.

I’ve been spending about 5 hours per day all year to earn gold for longboi. I don’t even have the time for multiboxing right now. It’s easier and faster with 1 toon. Unless you want to spend a lot of time on 1 realm.

Botting: Activate program to automate stuff while you sleep, go camping, etc. You turn it on at level 1 come back a week later and level 120

Multibox: Turn it on and go to sleep, go camping, etc for one week. Still in same place, still level 1. If fact you were logged out 20 minutes after leaving the keyboard for AFK.

Eh, yes and no. But still, this is more likely than Multiboxing.

(Some items lose value simply because; they are no longer valuable. Can’t keep charging 50g for Zin’anthid if nobody is buying it. Hence, falling prices.)

Nobody wants to buy Zin’anthid anymore, just accept that it’s old news and find something else to farm.

By this logic I should be allowed to collect 5-10 paychecks if I make fake identities. Multiboxing in Vanilla wasn’t as big of an advantage economically as it is now, and it’s silly to think that it should have no limitations other than what one person can manage.
