Obviously in some groups people will get harrassed, and likely in some of them it gets bad enough that a person will leave, but that person is in no danger of facing a ban from a ban wave due to leaving. We know because that person is not a frequent leaver.
Online harrassment will exist, but these banwaves won’t hurt victims of online harrassment.
