Boosting has killed the social aspect of dungeon running and decimated LFG. All this game is now are bots and boosters and people afk farming exp pretending they are playing a game. Classic wow has become a top tier clown world. Just a whole server of people trying to get their participation trophy for doing nothing.

All I see in chat is boost seller spam. I report them every time, but after weeks, theyâre still there.

They should have a boost channel and summon channel tho the spam is annoying

they have a summon channel, its âservicesâ, but the boosters/summoners donât use it because they donât get banned for not sticking to the services channel, the entire point of the services channel is to stop them spamming the lfg and kaivax said at the start of anniversary u would be actioned if you didnât adhere to that ruleâŚ
They cop a 7 day mute. But they have so many accounts with botted mages that this doesnât affect them at all.

You wanna ban the best legit way to make gold in classic simply because you cant do it. Sad. Ban boosting and even more people will be swiping. You donât help anyone by doing this.

Boosting doesnât create gold. Why not just farm gold however the person buying the boost made it in the first place instead?

I was there on Whitemane in 2019, donât kid yourself that it wasnât a gold seller spamming, mage booster haven. âLFM SM Spellcleaveâ was filling every single chat channel for the first 3 weeks when people werenât waiting for queues.

going to end this argument right now. F era it was trash so was SoD, people are playing anniversary to progress from vanilla >TBC > WoTLK. Canât do that anywhere else.
