Quick question, looking at builds form icy and wowhead, i see most of them take 2/2 waning twlight without taking stellar flare? Whats the point of that seems like a waste.
Likely for wild mushroom - that’ll be the 3rd dot for it.
You take Waning Twilight WITH Astral Smolder. When you crit w/ your wrath or starfire, that dot is now a 3rd dot to make WT active.
I’d honestly argue Stellar Flare is fine to play right now over Wild Surges, but no one likes playing it. Feels bad to use.
It also allows for this to be a thing, since you can path into mushrooms much more cleanly. But mushrooms really are only for pack pulls in M+.
