Is it viable at all? Thinking something like 28/0/23 skipping moonkin, because I hate it, and getting nature’s swiftness.
Can I just spam moonfire/wrath and run away healing/ rooting.

It’s viable yes. But you really should have friends.
Anything is viable in PVP if you have gear.
I do, my other bg mates. I’m just wondering if I can make it work with spell power gear and some leet druid kiting.
It is unkillable if played right. You root, scoot, shoot and widdle your opponent down.
I would arguably say that it’s probably the better spec to take into PVP. As a healer you need to be able to heal effectively, but you can’t do that if every melee in the opposing group can get in your face and interrupt you or smack you in the face, so anything that helps kiting is going to be helpful there.
Just what I was thinking. Cool
I mean don’t get caught out alone in a BG, or the world, because you’re building to be effective as part of a group, not individually.
Meh I don’t group often. With stealth and shadowmeld, I’m good.
What are you doing with 28/0/23?
This is my 30/0/21 build:

Similar I have wrath instead of improved nature’s grasp.
And improved thorns.
Remember that Shadowmeld doesn’t work in combat.
I’d go with a 29/11/11 build myself
What?!? Ugh gonna suck for my Hunter more than my druid…but still.
You can drop sight before you get into combat and unlike retail you are one of 2 classes that can get 41 yrd range, the other being a fireball/pyroblast from a mage. If they are targeting someone else, they won’t auto target you. So if you are patient, you can surprise them with an aimed shot>auto>Multishot burst right in the back when they thought they had the advantage.
As for a druid, shadowmeld lets you eat/drink that much longer uninterrupted and reduces the chance the random rogue will notice you so it is still useful.
Is the bear interupt worth it though? I kinda feel nature’s swiftness and improved regeneration would bet key…
I feel the biggest downside to this build could mana…
But hopefully as a druid I can reset a lot and drink.
You can make anything work, but i dont think any serious premades want druid for anything besides FC in WSG or base sitting in AB.
What druid brings to the table is unrivaled mobility, tankiness, and instant/heal over times and very good 1v1. Everything else other classes just flat out do better without trying.
Yea don’t play in a lot of premades. A lot of elitists in them. And I’m not really into a bunch of nerds screaming at me what to do in a game.
It’s a team game, so it’s about how you contribute. It’s also about survival. Feral charge is mobility, cc, and interrupt all in one. If you don’t mind using your mobility to your advantage then it is a great balance build.
People talk about what the best build is, but really the best one is the one you feel most comfortable playing as it will reduce mistakes and increase your reaction times. Take me for example, I can’t for the life of me use an ability like nature’s swiftness effectively and 7 out of 10 times it’s wasted. Of course I prefer to pug pvp so I don’t get to know my teammates as well.
19/11/11 is pretty good for solo wpvp or duels. There is also 29/0/21 for more survivability.
Right now I am 19/0/11 at level 39 right now and I am doing very well in pvp.
