I just finished my balance of power questline and I’m still not seeing the options on the barber shop. Something else I need to do?
Did you try the ole log out and back in?
I had to back when I unlocked mine.
Not sure what the hiccup is with the background processea, but they almost always required logging out and back in on legion appearances for me.

Try changing your artifact to it then relogging.
Was what I did.
I finally got it. It just seemed to appear after a while I guess. I /quit and logged back in, did all the dumb stuff in IC to get my feat of strength, tried again and it was there. Thanks folks.

Yeah, it seems to take a while for it to register. Multiple guildies have reported the same problem and usually within 24-48 hrs it appears.

How long did it take out of interest?
For me about an hour, maybe a little less.
I thought there was reps to grind and not just the quest chain?
I’m pretty sure there are, but I already had the reps before I even started the chain.
Wow only an hour…ok then. Might consider it for disco bears. I’d read it was months, but they were old comments before BFA.
Balance of power is only the green one. Found that out the hard way (I thought it unlocked them all). I wanted the purple one but that is for keystone mastery during legion.
I am not sure, but i tihnk that the keystone master achievment for newer expansion also will work. I think i read something about that a while ago.

Well, then it looks like s1 I have a goal then lol.
Any KSM works. And I have it, but didn’t do KSM on this toon so I don’t know how.
