We are like paper…you look at us and we die. We have no real way to mitigate damage. Barkskin is a joke. Our heals are insanely underpowered. It takes 10+ regrowths to heal myself to full. I am going to make this stupid thread over and over every day until blizzard does something to fix our survivability issues.

ya right…Feral tanks very well in bear form. For some reason balance druid in bear form is still extremely squishy not to mention useless.

The survival of the balance druid is ridiculously poor, particularly when playing 2v2 with a friend, both DPS, there is no doubt as to which of us will die first, I am always the target, no matter what class he is with. I believe they should consider giving the balance druid survival instincts, so the spec wouldn’t be so unplayable.
Yeah they need to tweak us a bit. Give us Greater Heal back, bump up barkskin, something.

Balance druid in bear form with Barkskin/oakskin/matted fur/ursine vigor/ursoc’s spirit/thickhide/killer instincts/frenzy regen/Celestial guardian pvp talent and we still die.
Brother, play balance druid for a day, youll learn that boomie mains are masochist.
Balance druid needs its own defense in the subspec tree. Something that feral cant take to be more broken.

They are all trash defensives. Bear form isnt tanky enough for the loss in DPS you get, balance doesnt have enough self healing while dpsing etc.

It’s crazy how other classes are much tankier & have better defensives and have to sacrifice 0 damage uptime to achieve said tankiness. Boomkins are straight up wet paper bags rn.

I’m honestly surprised they didn’t touch our defensives with the upcoming changes. It’s such a pain point in PvP right now. Everything we press defensively feels like delaying the inevitable.

They need to buff FR and make it usable in boomy form. There’s too much high passive damage nowadays that it feels absolutely worthless to go bear and FR for 5 globals only to not even outheal 2 dots. It’s actually insane how bad we are.

That’s a good starting point. I also feel like regrowth needs to heal for way more. I get my free proc as feral and it’s a massive heal vs boomie takes like 10 heals to full. Feels bad.
