I recently hit exalted with WSG. Going from Revered to Exalted the team I ran with went roughly 105-5. All 5 of the losses were against teams stacked with Balance Druids.
5 Druids / 2 Hunters / 3 Priests
4 Druids / 2 Ret Paladins / 1 Warrior / 3 Priests
We had a very hard time dealing with 4-5x Starsurge burst and all the offheals. It’s impossible to kill 3 Priests with 4-5 Druids also healing them. Not to mention the roots.
As a Priest, I have a pretty easy time with most classes 1v1, but a good Druid can be tough. And they don’t even have most of their kit yet. Seems like a solid choice for PvP moving forward.

I went intomy first WSG on my undergeared balance druid with like 30sp and 700hp and had 15 killing blows. Pug vs pug
If you’re struggling to kill people in WSG it’s a skill issue

There are no BAD classes in Classic WoW. There is a continuum of strength, though.
He doesn’t grasp that druid gets exceptionally better with all styles of gameplay in p2, falls off in p3, ramps back up in p4. lol

Druid has no late phase “ramping” in Era; the other classes shoot to the moon while druid gets mildly relevant (at best). It is Era’s bottom tier class at cap. To suggest otherwise is to ignore reality.

Every class gets better in P2 relative to P1. Druid P2 is substantially weaker than pretty much every class.
he just recently became good at the game by receiving starsurge and sunfire and is desperately trying to hold onto that power by pretending like druids will fall off in phase 2 in an effort to give them more buffs so he can continue to feel good about himself. its quite sad

I can pull literally any dps chart for any raid, including naxx, and see Balance druid firmly at the bottom.
