Trying to decide between those 2. Could you provide your opinion which has/is: Better and more fun rotation? Better visuals and animations? Better mogs? More effective at pve and pvp?

Not sure who is actually better for pumpin numbers though, just personal pref
fun rotation: Shaman
Better animations: both equally impresive
Better mogs: Druid
Not sure about efectiveness but I wouldnt worry about it because its always changing
I think balance Druid is like so much more fun to play. Ele is so clunky
In general I’d say Balance Druid but we’re in a really sorry state this Xpac

Balance is really good in m+ right now, I’m not sure what type of content you do, but balance is thriving rn.
Elemental shaman doesn’t have to be a fat chicken man or a washed out blue smudge, so there’s that.

I came in here looking for suggestions and just found more complex decisions.
Shaman is cool looking and does a lot of damage, Druid is better in PVP and is smoother to play.

Granted, we’re not at the bottom of the DPS charts right now, but we also don’t have survivability and self-healing like we usually do.
I feel it’s also worth pointing out that if you pick Shaman, you can be a Draenei and have the waggle, and if you pick Druid you can’t
Do you prefer chicken or shaman animations?
Me, personally, I don’t even use the chicken, I use Glyph of Stars, but my Draenei Shaman is my A1 from day 1
I play for fun, this expansion is the first time I’ve really played my Druid and she’s officially now in my top 3 - against characters I’ve had for years. She’s sooo much fun. Highly encourage everyone to give balance droods a try 
What about elemental?
Never levelled one to cap, there’s my experience of one lol. I think I have at like 20 or something from god knows how many years ago.
