Baine was not wrong

Poor bastard is getting so much hate for ‘‘betraying’’ the Horde, but he wasn’t wrong tho.

‘‘No life is worth living, if we cannot be true to our nature’’

Tauren have always been a peaceful race, willing to see the best in races like the Forsaken for example. They’ve been friends with Night Elves due to their druidic nature. They joined the Horde out of respect for how Thrall helped them back in WC3.

It’s something good they’re standing for their values. I don’t think he did anything wrong :c

Baine is a traitor and I’ve lost all respect for him and the tauren race.

He is the sickness that plagues the horde.

I agree, but he angered the obnoxious dead boob lady and that has angered her decaying boobs fan base…which is everywhere.

Yeah, and his nature is sucking up to the Alliance even if his own people suffer as a result

Hmmm…

I mean, pretty much everyone is gonna suffer eventually if Sylvanas keeps driving the Warchief bus.

The grimtotem incident took place long before Sylvanas was warchief. Taurajo too

I wanna RP too!!!

Baine, Saurfang, and Talanji, all chose honor over everything else. Other leaders Horde have already shown at least some concern over what’s going on. It’s interesting that all th3e characters who are much more “Horde” than Slyv are acting traitorous. Seems to me that those who are angered by their actions are quickly finding themselves on the wrong side of “what it means to Horde.”

Saurfang is the biggest traitor of all. He abandoned the horde while the alliance attacked, constantly tries to kill him self, and is actively taking orders from Anduin.

Baine is no better, acting against horde interests even killing his own faction. Why? To kiss up to Jaina. It doesn’t benefit the horde in anyway, infact all it will do is further splinter the horde.

Neither of them embody the “horde spirit”

So far talanji is going the direction of an Anduin clone. And I hope blizzard starts writing her better.

Well to be fair, he has lost too much and seen to much, not to mention he is really old. Can you blame him? Yes, he wishes to die but at least as a warrior fighting.

Sadly since the Horde listen to their Warchief as dogs technically this is kinda right, but if you take it from another perspective I doubt everyone but the Forsaken fully agree with Sylvanas tbh.

But the Undead Banshee murder-it-all does? I mean the Horde was written as an honor-driven faction that just wished to leave the past behind and their ties to the Fel, which all culminated with Grom sacrificing himself to get rid of it.

Right now? The writing has been so bad ‘‘Horde Spirit’’ might as well be whatever the Warchief does. You could have said poisoning the Vale of Eternal Blossom or betraying the Kirin Tor trust was ‘‘Horde Spirit’’ back with Garrosh. Or wanting to kill Vol’jin… or trying to break ties with Shamanism which one of the strongest cultural ties the Horde has.

Lets also not forget that a good numbet of the Forsaken have gone against Sylv’s wish. Most of them she had killed, but now we have Zelling and Derek.

Yeah, the ones that follow her were as twisted and affected by undeath as she was.

And some that seem all edgy actually softened up when they saw their relatives in the Meeting in Arathi, but again she murdered them.

The others she completely mind controls or tortures to follow her orders even if they have no association with her, like Koltira for example.

It is shocking people think she embodies the Horde ideals

The Sylvanas apologist mentality is so 2018.

Hope Bain wins sooner than later. But yeah, he did nothing wrong.

I can’t wait to see Baine executed for betraying us. I will be sitting in the front row and yell “FOR THE HORDE” when that noose is wrapped around his neck.

I would also add that the Horde all of these characters are betraying, no longer exists. Previously the horde was a band of races joined together for mutual protection that swore fealty and answered to a single Warchief. With the addition of the Zandalari as equals, meaning Talanji doesn’t serve the Banshee Queen since she’s an actual queen, the whole dynamic is shifted and will almost certainly have an impact going forward.

Like most topics (politics, societal, etc), I’ve held unpopular opinions and this is one, on how I agree with Baine and Saurfang. Undead boob lady has made it perfectly clear that she couldn’t care less for honor or valor (which is obvious via her genocide and warmongering). Baine was the only one that has confronted her toe to toe, as Saurfang has made his point from a distance. Baine even stood up to boob lady’s boy toy, Nathanos; at the king’s funeral. Tauren are not about vengeance, and fight, die and live on being honorable and respectable.

People need to remember that the undead are part of the Horde for convenience, not loyalty or honor; so it’s no surprise that she leads the Horde into an unhonorable and sick rabbit hole. I’m sure he would love to crush her head beneath his hoof, and would understand why. But, he won’t stoop to her level, and I don’t blame him.

Baine will pay for is betrayal, and him and the rest of his clan will feel the pain and suffering, to the point of death…just to see everything he stood for burn in the fires, and see the boy-king die by the hands of our Queen, then just then as he watches the death of all of his family…he can finally die…and be fed to the maggots…for all the Horde to watch…to see what happens to those who betray are Queen!

Useless little orc,…you and all your kind have failed the Horde…just like Thrall and all the other warchiefs…useless…All you are good for is a wall of bodies to throw at the alliance bowman . The Queen will lead is into a new era, when she will grip all of Azeroth…and lead us as a New Horde…

Baine wants me to help because Sylvanas is going “too far” with Derek.

Really?

Ummm does Baine know that in Darkshore I did the exact same thing as Sylvanas? I mean I clearly recall running around Darkshore killing Night Elves and having the Val’kyr Brynja raise them right up. Same exact thing, maybe worse, Sylvanas didn’t kill Derek - I did kill those Night Elves.

Baine wants us to free Derek - 1 Undead - ONE - and in the process kills many Horde Forsaken. So, Derek is worth more than all those Forsaken that were killed? Why?

And we go to meet with Jaina. Jaina? Jaina?? Wasn’t I just trying to kill Jaina in BoD? I swear that was Jaina attacking and trying to kill me as well.

Soooooo glad i snitched on Baine. He is major Alliance sympathizer and traitor to the Horde.

Zelling’s story was good, I will keep an eye on his family to make sure they are secure
