Any idea why my bags - when opened - are now displaying as greyed out? I can interact with items in them as usual, but they are making it hard to see what’s what.

Same problem & it is constant since the patch but I have a second account which has the same settings /addons/ that is NOT buggered.
The haze disappears off the main bags but remains over reagent bag when I switch to combined bags. It hasn’t responded to disabling all addons. Nor a reset of Blizzard UI.
Unfortunately, no. I know it’s caused by an addon, as I just got a new computer and did a fresh install of WoW - no issue. But when I copied my Interface/Addons folders across the issue was back again.
