So every so often, the bag icons on my action bar will disappear and re-appear when I click on the bag slot. Sometimes it’ll show back up on it’s own. I know this isn’t a major game breaking bug but it’s certainly annoying to have to fix every couple minutes. Anyone else having this issue?

Can confirm this issue exists. Pretty annoying for my OCD.
I saw this occur a few times, but I have not seen it since then. It was after patch 8.1 went live. If I remember correctly, interacting with the bags did not fix the icon for me. A /reload was required to get them to properly show up.
I was only using one add-on at the time. The occurrences and following lack of additional occurrences did not seem related to any updating of the add-on.
It only happened a few times and then stopped, so I did not bother to submit a bug report.
Have seen this also although for me the only affected bag was the big, permanent bag icon.
I take back what I said about it appearing the bug had gone away for me. I saw it again a few minutes ago. It was one of the bags you use the F-keys to individually open. Right-clicking on the bag made the icon appear after seeing the B key failed to make it appear.
Yes, just saw it as well. Seems similar to the problem where the healthstone icon, if you have it on the hotbar, doesn’t change from the grayed-out 0 icon if you pick cookies up from a well until you use one.
I’m having the same issue with my bags also this whole expansion just sucks so badly with all the problems it has
