Cannot turn in Devastation with Rhea’s Final Note scroll in The Hidden Clutch in Badlands as the entire scroll is empty.

Yeah, I had this issue too. Luckily it doesn’t prevent you from getting the achievement.
Still bugged after weekly reset.

Same here…annoying af I am most likely not going to make my way back here to turn it in whenever it is fixed. We are paying a monthly sub to play a game in beta. Nice.
