Tried exchanging Valor to Heroism Badges and the vendor wasn’t working. Also tried converting all other badges I had on the character and the vendor didn’t seem to work either asked other players around me trying to convert badges as well and they noticed the same issue. Have gone through basic trouble shooting such as disabling all addons and trying it that way and the error continued.
Update: Learned using a script command in your chat window with the vendor open will let you convert your badges seems to be only way to make the vendor work.
/script BuyMerchantItem(1,x)
(1 being the first item vendor is selling, and the x being how much you are trying to purchase) Saw this command was floating around for people to mass convert badges while avoiding the constant popup message confirming you want to convert your badge one at a time.
