I disagree with the detail of accusation of going AFK in battlegrounds as I make contributions in every game I participated. I understand and agree with the penalty for using a 3rd party program such as bots but this is not applicable to my case as I stay awake and played every battleground game but if i fall asleep at my computer desk (sometimes you do because you play 20hrs a day to get rankings) and you will be kicked out from the battleground with a deserter debuff.
As you also mentioned that for intentionally and repeatedly die during World of Warcraft battleground matches, I am out of speech as this been used as a valid reason for the suspension. Thinking back I do remember facing a hunter in some AV matches yesterday morning SVT and got farmed over as she was more geared and outplayed me, I did try hard to revenge and failed. If this is the case I would urge you to carry out an investigation as I NEVER INTENTIONALLY FED ANY OF THE OPPOSITION PLAYERS, I am not a bad player but there are always someone out there better and if you get banned for dying to someone who is more skilled then I am confused and lost of what will be the right thing to do in a PVP battleground.
In all honesty, If I get banned for any wrongdoings that I have done fair enough but your game management has really disappointed me and let me down. The false accusations were all based on assumptions without any real evidence. Please escalate this matter further as i simply cannot agree to your responses to date.

I get the feeling that we’re only getting a part of the picture here. That feeling stems from the fact it’s clear you already appealed at least once, received a response, and continued to dispute it. When that happens, you get the response you posted here. And there’s good reason why they don’t go any further into discussing it with you: people who aren’t happy with their disputes will otherwise continue wasting the time of a GM for months on end if there is no cut off point.
So what I’m trying to say here is, this isn’t bad support. This is very typical of any dispute process. I’m not saying Blizz has good CS right now, but this is not an example of bad CS.

And this isn’t bad CS. You cheated, got caught, and got suspended. You only posted your most recent response and there’s definitely stuff you’re not posting. You appealed, you lost, they don’t need to keep escalating your appeal. This is typical of any business, at some point, they stop responding to you and listening to you. Take it to court if you feel THAT strongly, and see how you do. Bet you’ll lose.

You can. It’s quite rare, but I’ve seen it happen. A guild mate of mine was banned for botting. He appealed and the decision was reversed. Blizzard is not incapable of making mistakes.
In the OPs case I’d say he was more than likely AFKing in BGs as he was accused.
