I find the spam reporting causes a pretty bad chilling effect. I also haven’t been convinced there are not valid situations to be rude and hostile to another person.

Yes, its really unfortunate. Basically they weaponize their words so they can use it against you to destroy your character and dehumanize you. Keyboard bullies in my honest opinion.

Likes are irrelevant. A notification is sent to moderation staff if a flag is given. A post is hidden by somewhere between 3-5 flags.
The moderator didn’t label it. The last person to flag it used “trolling” as their reason, so that when moderation deletes it, that’s the label that’s used.
Apparently to the moderator, all of it. Otherwise it would have been edited.
It’s always funny to see the “I never report posts, I’m not soft!” crowd get reported for breaking CoC/ToS then cry about other people not being actioned when it’s a mostly report driven moderation system.
