It is a debunked claim that people make and not a problem that needs to be solved. People can make the claim over and over for the rest of time and it won’t suddenly become valid. If there are actually lots of people who feel they are locked out of content I have a crazy idea. They could group together! Wow I just solved your problem that doesn’t even exist.
