Baa'l is bugged on many servers so that Uuna wont weaken him unless you have a super rare toy from Throne of Thunder.

Typical. Nothing in this expansion has released properly. The devs seriously suck right now. I don't think they play the game. If they do play the game they are just leveling to 120 and doing raid finder or something.

Yep broken for me after spending HOURS doing all the b$%^ $ pre requisites.

I am so pissed off right now. What a massive waste of my time.

Possible fix: try turning War Mode on and returning.

Baa'l was bugged on my realm too, we had War Mode off. Went back to Stormwind, turned War Mode on and returned to Frostfire Ridge then Baa'l was able to be weakened with Uuna and defeated.

I have tried this in Warmode and it does not work. Perhaps Uuna needs to be folly upgraded/questline needs to be completed?

For reference, most releases soo far in BFA have been pretty good. Apart from Pre launch event everything is going really well.

I never had an issue personally. But i do know the debuff he gets is hidden which only lasts 15-20 mins. So you have no way of knowing if he's debuffed or not. Maybe need to put a visible debuff on him so people know whether or not to weaken him. Maybe trying to weaken an already weakend Baa'l is messing something up. Speculation of course.

If he's weakened, he's small like a typical battlepet. If he's not weakened, he's huge.

I had no problems doing mine, but when one of my kids went over to do her battle, Baa'l was full sized and one shotting everyone's pets. Multiple people had their fully upgraded Uuna's out, including me. Nothing was working until someone's Gastropod shell finally reset him and the buff took effect.

Yes, she does need to be fully upgraded. But, the debuff can be applied by anyone's Uuna in the area. There were many over there doing the battle that didn't even have Uuna. As long as at least one person has their proper Uuna out, it works for everyone.

I have the same problem...

For me: Went back to Org, changed spec, turned WM on and hearthed back to Frostfire. When I got there Baal had already been shrunk, and the quest was completed. Yay bugs!

Can confirm placing your self in WM or in my case out of WM will in fact reset the encounter with Baa'l. Uuna will then interact with him properly. Got him today!

Make sure that you have completed the world tour part of Uuna's chain, it was a part that I missed and everything worked after I finished that part.

I had warmode off when I did it. Guildies discoverd they had turn off. Didn't know could go either way depending on if it wasn't working.

In my case I had WarMode on and it wasn't working. Went to Org, swapped it off and came back. There wasn't any dialogue but Baa'l only had 1.1k HP instead of the 8k. Of course make sure you have an Uuna thats finished the World Tour part.

Had all of this, except when we changed to turn off warmode, Uuna still wasn't giving him the debuff.

Same here. I tried to active and deactive war mode, and nothing. Tried change realm with group finder, no results too. So frustrating...

Edit: after 2 days checking, it finally worked (war mode was on). Don't know if someone used the toy to kill it or if it was just randomly fixed.

There's a group of us standing around with fully leveled Uunas and nothing is happening. Pretty frustrating end to an already difficult quest line.

Can confirm (just did it) that going from warmode off to warmode on is resolving this issue.

This problem hasn't been solved yet and toggling WM or joining other realms groups doesn't work, at least on my realm
