In my opinion, It would be nice if this spell was reworked, make it 3 charges available, increase the damage x2 and make cooldow 6 seconds.
What do you think about it?
Just report as spam/trolling per usual.
Make one thread of all the changes you want and stop spamming these forums.
This is also an awful suggestion btw, imagine dragonrage windows where you instantly run out of AS charges.

There’s nothing toxic about asking you to stop making 5+ threads a week about your suggestions when you could have one thread with all of them in it that could have meaningful participation.
Instead, you choose to troll a forum from a region you don’t even play in with one post per ability/topic, sometimes multiple.
This is the definition of spam and is against the ToS of the forums.

It’s spam when ~1/3 of the posts on the first page of the forum have been created by one person, regardless of topic.

Im not reporting anybody. I just find it silly there are issues in the first place.
Probably isn’t something that’d happen any time this tier.
