I did the quest “Straight to the Top” but neglected to get the Dragon Glyph floating above the platform. My “Bag of Helpful Goods” disappeared when I turned the quest in so I no longer have the “Azure Stepping Stone” that TPs me up there previously.

Is there another way to get back to the top and snag that glyph?

You should just be able to fly up there yourself and go through it. If you don’t have quite enough vigor to do it, you can always go around and collect some more glyphs and power up your dragon flying some more.
