For some reason, and you may not agree with me, but I LITERALLY CAN’T GET TO THE BROKEN ISLES OR AZSUNA. I’ve looked at guides, but they are all before the lvl. cap got moved down, and the quest that’s supposed to lead to it I can’t find. Thank you in advance! :3
There’s a boat/ port? ( I think it’s a port now) that leaves darnassus. You’ll have to speak to the bronze dragon in dark shore to go back in time before The tree was burnt. From there… go to the boat docks outside of darnassus and take the port. Horde too. Doesn’t matter. You’ll just have to fly yourself there as there isn’t a horde flight path.

The breadcrum quest starts in your garrison from WoD
If you pick up that quest, DO NOT COMPLETE IT!!! It gives you a SW port on a 2 hour cd.

The portal in Orgrimmar was not active for me today. What I had to do was enter Chromie time and choose Legion. That gave me the quest to start. Then I left Chromie time (you can stay) and talked to the guy I needed to turn in the quest to. If you haven’t done the broken shore scenario before, you will need to run it. When you get to Dalaran, you will be met by an archmage and then by a representative of your class hall.

Can you maybe ask/bribe/purchase a mage to port you to legion dalaran? I don’t think their portals are locked in any way.

This won’t work. Unless you enter Legion through the official pathways, you will not see anyone from the Kirin Tor or your class hall meeting you in Dalaran with a quest.
I had friends summon me to a dungeon and flew to Dalaran, but nothing. Start with the Chromie time Legion expansion to get the quest. Do the buffs quest, turn it in and go back to the guy who gave it to you. If you have done the Broken Shore questline before, he will have a skip for you.
