Blood Elves and others can be empowered by shadow & the Void without being Void Elves - They simply weren’t part of the band that got caught by the Ethereals. 
Not to mention, as Azshara said in Nazjatar she accepts all elves ~ For they are all her people.

Queen Azshara literally made Mannoroth the Destructor, and other high-ranking demon lords quiver in their boots. It took violent earthquakes and a tsunami (The Sundering) to take her down. Where as Sylvanas couldn’t defend a lantern from a wolf she made a deal with ‘death gods’ to get …
But in terms of cunning and ‘playing the cards’, I’d say they both rival one another. Sylvanas always has another ace up her sleeve, and Queen Azshara played us to the very end ~ And got away; to which I’d imagine the same result from Sylvanas with her plans …

Depends on the pay really but it would essentially boil down to an elven purge of some kind and that just not in the cards nowadays.
Azshara already achieved 1 Elven purge by turning a massive Empire of Elves into Naga or ghosts ~ Imagine the Possibilities!

I agree with Sylvanas. About a great many things.
The Alliance’s treachery and rampant aggression prove Sylvanas right, even if she does not utter a word. She may respond to the Alliance a bit heavy handedly… but they do not seem to learn any other way.
I also agree with Sylvanas that the “gods” themselves must be brought to heel.
Odyn forced Helya to serve him as a Valkyr and forced the Vrykul to become his servants in their after lives - even though they rejected the notion.
Bwonsamdi serves a boss. That boss wanted Voljin’s soul. He also seems to want a Warchief’s soul. When he asks Talanji for Sylvanas’s head in order to free her of the deal Rastakhan made, Bwonsamdi says he has wanted a Warchief’s soul for a long time.
Someone is screwing with Voljin and Sylvanas.
The Lich King has the power to cause chaos and serves his own ends. He needs to be watched. Especially if he can be replaced.
With all this in mind, I think Sylvanas has the right idea, and is very forward-looking. We can claim our own after lives, free of these “gods”. I do not know what she has planned - but I know the current crop of Afterlife Entities needs to be removed by force, and replaced.
I can see a motivation in all that.
But Azshara is not even pretending to have a greater good beyond herself. In her mind, she is the best, and the greatest good is to serve her. She seems capable and cunning - but she does not motivate me.

yeah they built entire kingdoms around our bases. look how their forest surrounded all northern kalimdor you cant even walk up there without seeing elven lanterns menacingly placed along the roadside. it was only a matter of time.

I was going to ask of this bargain was canon, as I haven’t finished the raid yet but that would have been dumb. This whole thing was planned, Ashenvale is with Azshara and Curmudgeon Blightcaller is no where to be found.
I don’t know if I could take this deal if offered to the Alliance. She betrayed us once she’ll do it again or she’ll just sacrifice us all for whatever reason she thinks best. Elune, take me to the starry afterlife. I’m sick of Azeroth and it’s factions.
When does this happen? At Revered rep with the Zandalari?

I forget exactly when… especially because I cant say I did it all in order… but I am fairly certain it occurs sometime enroute to unlocking Zandalari as Playable. After Rastakhan’s death in the questline, I imagine.
Its when we march with Talanji and do the Loa blessings.
At the end, after the other Loa are dealt with, Bwonsamdi tells her he was placed above the other Loa and she is bound to him by her father’s blood oath - but he will release her of that compact if she brings him Sylvanas’s head.
She refuses, because Sylvanas is the Warchief of the Horde and the Horde helped her people. Bwonsamdi is like : “Eh. Either way is good.” and then she takes her place as queen.
Its been a while since I have done it. I haven’t found the exact words with a brief google search. But after she refuses, Bwonsamdi says something like :
“Thats a shame. I’ve been wanting a Warchief’s soul for a long time.”
The implication of Bwonsamdi having a stake in dead Warchiefs is ominous, as a Horde player.

As the evil faction I think the Horde should side with Azshara. It fits their theme much better.
Horde aren’t the evil? They’re just misunderstood.
