Does the Azsharan Medallion not drop anymore? I went through the Naga WQ without a single drop and every resource im finding is saying is saying people got it after 1st/2nd kill.

Sorry to necro the thread but I would like to know as well. I’ve come back after a hiatus and am trying to progress through the storylines and cannot get the medallion to drop (all sources I have found suggest at 70% drop chance…). Has this item been removed post 8.3?

Would like to have an answer on this well- this is impacting doing the bee event in the area above. fort daelin (spelling) every time I go there it phases out and turns to naga
I submitted a ticket and the rep said I need to complete this quest but no medallion drop here either.
