Azj Kahet The Pact lack of world quests

Go to work on the Pact quest today and as is the case far too often ZERO world quests in the zone. Yes I know you can do rumors for 10% or races but there need to be more world quests. It’s the whole basis of the quest

Rumors will fill the bar just as quick.

Is it empty because you haven’t grabbed your pact yet?

Rumors have been bugged for me for a couple of weeks now. I put in bug reports.

edit: The reason I left DF so early in the expansion was because they really gated world quests. I’d be doing them, then look around and - there wouldn’t be any more for another 3 days or something? I unsubbed and didn’t come back for a year.

You can blame the player base for that.

Blizz originally put the twice a weeklies we have now. Players complained a lot. They made them true dailies again. They got so much flak after that within a day or 2, they reverted them back to twice a weeklies.

The quest isn’t just basis for WQs. But if you’re looking for something quick n easy the ‘challenger’ tomestone rumour is literally you just kicking some spiders butt.

The world quests don’t always reset on Tuesday. Mine reset I believe on Sunday and will against tomorrow at reset, I suspect that you are probably in a similar situation where you’ve already done them.

  1. Grab the Pact Weekly on any of your warband toons which will open up World Quest for your warband characters since a Pact has already been chosen. Although, each character will still need to obtain the weekly pact quest from the NPC.

  2. Purchase a Rumor Map to display all available Rumors you can complete.

  3. Killing Rare’s adds % to the activity “fill bar”.

More than enough activates to fill the bar to 100% even if there are no World Quests available. Rule of thumb, try not to complete all of your World Quests in Azj’Kahet before Weekly Reset, mainly on Sunday or Monday. Pay attention to how many days are left on that World Quest that will bleed over into Tuesday’s reset with more WQ’s added to that zone. :+1:

Rumors are 10% , WQ are 20

I did that fully on 6 characters. If you don’t have world quests you did them recently.

There were 4 regular quests and 2 pet battle quests and one or two flying quests for my characters.

Weeklies, dailies, WQs, Delves, Dungeons, etc. There is lots to do down there. I even do a follower dungeon down there sometimes just to polish off my 100% completion.

since when did dungeons or delves count for that? I have done those in that area and they didn’t do anything.

There’s also several WQs that only unlock after you’ve completed the side quests for them, if you haven’t done that yet.

I haven’t had any trouble filling my pact bar in one trip yet.

I have the quest, it’s showing active in my quest log but there are no world quests on the map.

Azj-Kahet world quests (excluding Skyriding races & pet battles) do not reset every half week for skyriding races or every 24 hours (staggered by 6 hours) for Pet Battle WQ’s, instead every three days.

Meaning if you do the pack WQ’s within the 3 day window that reset also happens to fall into, you do not get a new set of WQ’s on reset if you did them prior to reset. This is not a bug, it is intended simply because the pack WQ’s last for 3 days.
