For what it’s worth AAP only works up to lvl 40 so far and it probably won’t be updated for the last 20 levels which are by far the longest and hardest to figure out where to go during until after people are hitting 60 anyway.
Plus, this content has been practiced time and time again by private server players and even using the addon the average player coming back to Classic isn’t going to be out-pacing the best and most organised levelers.
“I-it’s not the same!” is not the slam dunk you think it is. 
Okay yeah there’s some stuff there that strikes me as breakable. Auto-talking to NPCs, hotkey for quest items, auto hand-in, auto fight path taking.
That all starts to edge toward bot territory IMO.
I don’t know if god intended you to sit in front of a computer desk for hours playing a video game. I might be wrong but I’d imagine he’d want you to at least get out of the house and do something with your life. …not that I’m doing much different but at least I’m not saying things like “god intended” as if he had something to do with the creation of vanilla wow

Meh. It existed back in Vanilla (I used it… but it was largly glitchy back then)
Dual and ultrawide monitors are pretty common now. You can easily have Joana’s guide or similar open on your other screen. But without this addon, poor people without the money for dual monitor or ultrawide will fall behind. They need this addon to compete, so I support it.
I think your a bit confused. Most of us have already played vanilla and probably for many many hours at lvl 60 through the various raids and long quest chains. A lot of people here have probably played on private vanilla servers as well over the last few years. So there’s not much surprises left. If your expecting something new to be felt from a game 15 years old well I’ve got some new for you. For those people that never played vanilla they should probably try it without the addons first if they feel like they want to know the story line. Not saying they have to but it might be a better experience. For the rest of us that have done those same tedious quest, read all the story lines countless times, and participated in everything vanilla has to offer why not use a few addons that help get u through the grind or make it to the beginning of the game (level 60). That doesn’t make them any less excited or any less part of the same community you are in.
Whoa you just brought up something else that’s a problem. #bandualmonitorsupport. Keep classic classic. Any computer running more then dual core isn’t allowed on classic servers. More then 4 Gigs of ram shouldn’t be allowed. If your video card supports sli you can’t participate. Sorry.
Yikes you people are still outraged and upset about that blue post from yesterday. Do us all a favour and avoid Classic.
Eh they raise a good point about how you ask a question and people be like “go install the addon” if people aren’t willing to help. Hopefully though that with enough people it can counter that with people who don’t use/need the addon or whatever and will help.

This addon should be blocked, but it doesn’t actually ruin the game for anyone but the people who are using it. It should be banned to protect people from their own stupidity.
However, I would rather block addons that impact EVERYONE, even those who do not use it, such as TSM and ClassicLFG.
ClassicLFG is done, now it’s time to block TSM.
Classic is classic…does this add-on really help…yesterday a new guild member was totally lost using it…they completed all the quests in a zone but were to low to survive in the next zone the add-on directed them to…I suggested they explore a bit, grind a bit in the present zone…they said no that’s not the way you play this game. To me classic was the journey and the people you met along the way…but play the way you like.
