Just got BoA WQ on this character and when attempting the Azerite Wounds quest the box to click to heal a wound wasn’t there. I brought one of my lvl 70 characters in and she didn’t have the click box either. Thinking I’ve missed something in the edit screen but Im also thinking this special abilities box has been there on other quests. Also tried leaving the game and then starting it again but no success.
