I have a question, is there a more recommended build for Azerite Trais to solo Horrific Visions with Elemental Shaman? I’m 450 ilvl (first character on BfA) and my cloak is at level 7.
With M.A.D.R.E I haven’t unlocked Elite Extermination yet, I need more about 1200 mementos.
I’m sure there are detailed guides, but I’ll just share that meme beam is extremely useful. I’ll typically pull a few packs, pop earth ele, beam + chainquake. Vision of perfection is also nice when you’re running primal storm ele for that sweet eye of the storm aoe damage.
Otherwise, just keep working on your cape & upgrades. As soon as I hit 12 and got the sanity restoration from killing elites, full clears became instantly possible and easy to do. Good luck!

Just use purification protocol. Everything in visions is an aberation so every minite you can gather a bunch of mobs and do extra damage plus some 1 shots. you also get a damage buff, passive aoe and passive healing from it

If you’re struggling to survive, make sure you grab Ghastly Goulash from the AH, it will heal you for 2% of your health every second. On top of that, get a addon/weakaura for the pots that are scattered around, make sure you get the HP potion that I believe heals you for 2% every 5 seconds.
If you’re suffering from sanity then it’s just a question of leveling up your cloak and traits, grab the +100 sanity pots and try to get the trait that gives you +200 sanity if you kill a elite/boss. Eventually you can run 5 masks without even using a beacon because of this.
I’d also recommend going Enhancement if you play the spec, it’s a lot easier as Elemental has to hard cast a lot of it’s spells. Often you’re on the move and it’s hard to do so, on top of this take Fury of Air talent and Lucid Dreams essence for even more survivability.
