Does Cold Steel, Hot Blood, Heed my Call and Blood Siphon stack?
I would assume so. Most azerite traits stack. I go with a 3x Cauterizing Blink route myself.

The flat number increase usually do. If a trait have secondary effects those usually don’t.
yeah exactly the % will stack but some do reduce effectiveness
and then the - cooldown or reduces something wont stack.
so is it better to get a different variety of traits or just stack all the good ones?
Depends on the strategy you’re going for. I go with 3x Cauterizing Blink because of the Shimmer talent, and it’s basically the only form of self-healing that exists for a mage so I try to capitalize on it. I don’t really know warriors though so I can’t really say what’s be great for you unfortunately.
