Attempting to complete on Horde to get Gear.

Nothing has spawned in the area whatsoever, i can run out of the zone, then when i approach it i see people and mobs, but then it all disappears.

Edit::
So, I went ahead and completed the introductory quests to Drustvar on the alt in question. It appears as though you can’t access this quest without doing that.

Sounds like a sharding issue. Have you tried with both warmode on and off? Pain in the butt, but worth a shot.
