After completing the quest Torcali’s Blessing, as part of the How to Train Your Direhorn questline in Warbeast Kraal, the Child of Torcali begins offering repeatable quests. Currently for me, it is offering the quest Away From The Herd.
While this quest is available, the Child of Torcali NPC has a progress bar over its head, underneath its nameplate. My best guess is that this progress bar seems to be overwriting the blue exclamation point for the available quest. The exclamation point appears on the minimap, but not above the NPC’s head.
I do have low-level quests and warband completed quests toggled to be shown in my map filter, so that’s not the problem. If it were, the exclamation point wouldn’t appear on my minimap.
