So this isnt a weekly we can do on our alts, the like the other weeklys, seems kinda weird ?

You can do it on alts, but they have to pick up the quest from the goblin (I think it’s a goblin) in one of the buildings first.

if you do it on alts, can you still get more rep, etc?

Rep is account wide once a week.

Pretty easy way to get a delve key on alts though!
