I have encountered a curious bug in a mythic keystone (Sethraliss +16). The bug involved the new seasonal affix (Awakened) which we could interact with the obelisks but we were being removed from the obelisk’s realm. We managed to bypass the bug by having one player of the group start the last boss encounter triggering the 4 obelisks, then this one player would die and stay dead, with this, we could once again interact with the obelisks and stay inside the obelisk’s realm.
I can also say for sure that this only worked if it was done by one specific member of the group, which was a Beastmaster Hunter. If he released his corpse, we couldn’t stay inside the obelisk’s realm.

Am currently encountering this bug in Workshop+16. So thankful to have found your post with proposed solution. We’ll try it to when we get to the end.
I hope you managed to finish your keystone, mate. I heard other people having this same issue. I expect them to fix this soon, I don’t want to lose a mythic keystone to something like this.
We ended up all right. After killing the third boss we tried the last pillar and it worked. We wiped and then backtracked and the other pillars all started working. Very strange.
It appears the only common thing with those who have this bug are groups that have Mechagnomes and Vulperas.
We had our Vulpera pull the 3rd boss in Workshop and die, but not release. While he was dead we were able use the spire to zone in and then die. After all 5 released we were all able to port in, hope this helps some groups bypass this bug!
That is wild. Yeah, one of our dps was a mechagnome. That’s crazy if that’s the cause.
Just had this bug in a Mythic 11 Workshop, abandoned key, didn’t know of possible solution above… wonder if it’s a pet problem? had a lock in the group. Tried entering after unsummoning pet, no go.
edit: we did have a mechagnome in the group.
I can confirmed that is not Vulpera/Mechagnome related, I had this same bug again without any vulperas on group.
This is a HUUUUUUUUUGE bug how is this not fixed!?
I can confirm this is still an issue. Group tried a 15 Temple the other night and we were able to interact with the obelisks however would kick us straight back out. I am playing a Vulpera BM Hunter and we had another Vulpera Rogue. I died at the final boss and did not release, the rest of the group returned to the start to enter the obelisks and it worked whilst I was dead. I don’t believe it is a Vulpera issue, maybe a BM or pet class problem. The vulpera rogue was able to enter and kill mobs. Only appears to be Temple at this time, the rest of the dungeons appear to be working ok.
