This achievement is no longer showing in the “Collections>Mounts” list of achievements. It comes up under the search, but when clicking on it the “Collections>Mounts” list comes up but the achievement is not there.

It’s doing the same thing to me.
yeah the achieve Awake the Drakes shows up in search bar, though not on the mounts collection list.
same issue with me , and similiarly the Mecha-Done meta achievement under BfA exploration has disappeared for me.
