Instead of liking 50 posts, you may now like 100 posts per day. (Tested by Lull)
Use them wisely!

In the jungle you must wait, until the dice read five or eight.

Generally, the one requirement that bottlenecks everyone for level 2 is the 15 days of visiting the forums.
If you want to check your own status, I made a guide for checking.
Since I’ve been seeing this question quite a bit on here, here’s the method of figuring it out.
Finding your profile There is several ways to find it.
Click on your avatar in the upper right corner and then click on your character name. https://i.imgur.com/AozXojL.jpg
Left-click on your name on any post, click on “view activity”.
Go into your profile page, remove anything after your name-realm…
Edit: I’m now level 2.

It was my understanding that 100 was level 3 (from Lull’s experiment thread).
Of course, things may have been adjusted since then.

Level 3 doesn’t grant additional likes so it is assumed that is what is gained from level 2.
Level 3 allows for linking any website and use of images/gifs as well as creating wiki posts.

by viewing more posts and waiting a certain number of days… so basically a rep and time gate for the forums.

In my link, I have a quote from the sticky that includes details.
Or I can just quote it here:

You did it all wrong my friend. You’re supposed to wait for the filthy forum casuals to complain and let Blizzard implement a 50% off required rep for trust levels buff (coming 8.3)

I got to 50 and was told no more for 19 hours.

You gain level 3 when you have visited for 50 days within a 100 day period. So if you visit every day, you’ll gain it in 35 days.

This part seems unfair. I was suspended for a very minor reason. But now it is on some permanent record from the previous forums that will haunt me forever?
