Hello Ghost,
You were warned multiple times for behaviour, told that if you wanted to be on the raid team you had to attend. You signed up for our main team in pre patch and only attended 2 raids in this expansion, which caused you to originally be moved from the team then off to our bench, (as you were full no-show, signing up and not showing, making us have to scramble for another raider last minute)
You were also sat down by multiple class leaders to help teach you your class, one of our Hunter Class Leaders (and Officers) sat with you for over 2 hours explaining how to do your rotation on a Hunter due to you were doing under 8k dps with almost full normal raid gear. (Which- we did gear funnel you to try to help, iirc in the two raids you ran w/ us you got over 5 pieces? I could be wrong though!)
We tried multiple times to be understanding and help you! We love teaching others what to do! But when you become hostile towards our main teams raiders, force yourself into our heroic prog raid- and do less damage than our warlocks pet, where we have to swap the raid from heroic to normal to blast it down because of these issues, and when we again try to talk to you, you rage and get upset saying “well I signed up” even when we explain to you countless times that your rotation needed fixing before you attended raid, no matter how much we talk to you, you made excuses- we had to remove you. we tried multiple ways to help, and understand. But we can’t continue to have a raider that…
- doesn’t show up to next to any raids
- does less damage than the warlocks pet as a level 85 355 ilvl hunter, and gets out DPS’ed by a Disc priest on multiple trash pulls and multiple times on boss fights,
- won’t sit down and listen to help, claiming it’s us- when we have tried so many times to help
- is openly hostile towards raiders and guildies when things genuinely- don’t go your way.
We understand life gets in the way of the game sometimes, and sometimes- we can’t be on, but multiple of our officers have sat with you, talked with you, and tried our best. Multiple Raiders and Social Guildies even have as well!
We can’t help someone that gets mad and yells at us when we try, then comes in the vc 2-3 hours later saying “sorry guys for being angry, I was sleepy.” (Which has happened more than 5 times within this expansion alone)
We wish you the best of luck in the future! But we just aren’t the right fit for you,

We had a healer that out dpsed you and it was their first raid… no reason in kicking you huh?
This post should really read “Ty Twilight Crusade for trying to help me, I’m sorry i didn’t do better after multiple opportunities! I wish you the best and good luck!”

Claiming that we did not help you get gear, which is categorically false, whilst openly admitting in the middle of our Heroic progression that you had no 2-set and only ~500 Valor Points out of the seasonal max of almost 9000 is inexcusable. Not to mention the fact that you don’t know how to Revive your pet, and are content with leaving him stuck on elevators instead of dismissing and recalling. Learn your class and log into the game and get your own gear before you cry about a guild that welcomed you into raids with open arms and funneled you, despite how unprepared you were.

not trying to dogpile here but yeah there were far too many issues to even begin listing. id suggest an indepth class guide to the 3 button spec you are currently playing as a start.
secondarily and honestly maybe the most important work on your inter personal skills a tad… those are severely lacking.
onto number 3 here when you get caught out on numerous occasions for lying and gaslighting people just full stop wtf it is that you are doing and ask yourself “should i attempt to continue this path im on when the person im attempting to gaslight has the literal data in front of them showing the contrary?”
4 this is a decades old game dude if youre new just say that and you can easily be brought up to speed on pretty much every subject available as between about 3 of our members we have every single class represented that has ever existed at a high mythic key or mythic aotc and everyone here was extremely helpful and on several occasions attempted to actually help you… so if theres a disconnect it certainly isnt on our end.
5 ghost and i do mean this with all respect possible your ping could be a factor in your exceedingly terrible numbers maybe playing on na servers is not the right fit for you i do know that internet speeds have massively improved over the years and we are no longer living in the years of dial up or 15mb and that could in fact be your issue “likely not because we have a kiwi on our main raid team” but maybe the oceanic servers are better suited to your skill set and ping.
6 ghost truly i do wish you the best and i hope you land on your feet but bro guides exist to literally every aspect of this game that are up to date and ready to go and were not the sweatiest of guilds but we absolutely do expect you to manage to be above the healer for prog raids… i mean on several pulls you were 3.5k dps… thats like tbc starter numbers man… thats not even auto shot doing its thing man… thats you willfully turning around and facing a corner and not pushing buttons for several seconds at a time man…
7 this is just a serious fyi… do not and i repeat do not wisper the gm/raid lead during a raid giving her grief about her excitedness over a loot drop… bro thats straight up a bad look and absolutely no one ever will ever react well to it. yes officers talk… we all know exactly how badly you were harrasing the gm… mid raid…

nah uh if u look at all this mess i was just in raid not talking and also if u think or look and find the name im no longer on server or on horde its not about dps or all the things u say its about how much movement and how long the fight goes on and then work on dps on each fight ive seen alot of hunter do less then me and stayed in raid so it not about what u saying it just facts
