Last week, I got a +10 streets for my weekly key. I decided since its an easy key, I should be able to finish it and just get my vault slots. I’m not one to particularly enjoy mythic plus, but alas. Put it up, got a full group of people to do it, and we were moving very smoothly along, until we got to the oasis, particularly the part where you need to find the password, we went and got the password and everything. Then, when we went to talk to the bouncer to give him the password, the dialogue option didnt show. We wlaked away, killed ourselves, did everything we could, then i just said gg i’ll just see if i can get a replacement from blizzard. So we did /abandon, I took a screenshot of what was happening for proof, sent it to customer service, and waited for a reply. This was Wednesday, 10/8/2025. They eventually got back to me this monday, and said the following

First, I wish to apologize for the delay in getting to your ticket. We have been getting a larger than usual number of tickets and been doing our best to assist with all of them as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience!
I understand you ran into an error when trying to get the password on Tazavesh. This can happen when the wrong NPC is interacted with to obtain the password. I highly recommend checking out more information on this through online resources.

Basically telling me to google it. So, I am posting this here to tell you, if you get a streets, avoid it. Or else it will bug out. Because now I’m stuck queueing for a 10 to try and replace that key and lord knows its impossible to get invited to groups as someone who only has 2.1k io. Now they reached back out to me today after I asked for a replacement due to the bug and they said

Thanks for being so patient with us! Your time and patience are highly appreciated. We’ve seen a huge influx of players needing help, and we’re doing our best to lower the wait queue and get to everyone in a timely manner.
I understand that this might be hard for you, but I have to reiterate that this is not a bug, and this happens when interacting with the wrong NPC, please note that even if there is a bug in game, we do not replace keys as that wouldn’t be fair to other players.
If you still believe that this is a bug then to ensure our development team can investigate this further, I recommend submitting a bug report on our forums. This will allow us to gather more information and work towards a resolution.
So this is me reporting the bug, but as well as that, I’m letting everyone know that blizzard will not help you when it comes to losing your keys due to a bug. Good luck y’all and happy keying
