Avg ilvl 364, today's Honorbound reward cache lists ilvl340

I thought these quest rewards were supposed to scale up at some point. Or was I mistaken?

ilvl 340 does nothing for me at this time.

Having the same issue on my toons as well

Bug report it. Open a ticket. Something to get their attention other than forums, since going by Ythisen’s post yesterday, the forums will be less traveled by Blizz staff for the remainder of the holidays.
