There are more pressing things to fix than the 3 prot paladins in game complaining about precog
Its not like the caster had a choice to queue into prot paladin shuffle. If anything, this interaction should be considered a staple component of the arena environment and be applied to casters baseline in prot shuffle to counteract the inherent issues presented by most of them getting paired in a match that can hurt a rating without a real healer.

seems like a perfectly reasonable and intentional mechanic to me
