So I know other people have had problems with this as well and I’m wondering if anyone has been able to solve it? My rank 2 and 3 are locked behind this.
As it is there are no nodes to mine and all of the shards are colored and I can’t interact with them.
Things I’ve tried.
- Deleting the pick axe.
- Mining hundreds more nodes in hopes something changes.
- Warmode on and off.
- Trying to force different shards and phases.
- Deleting my cache.
- Camping the spot in hoping someone else can spawn it. I’ve never seen this spawn yet.
- Joining groups, but there is never one up in the group finder.

It seems bugged, and has been for a long time now. I have no idea why Blizzard hasn’t fixed it though. I was lucky enough to get my ranks, but that doesn’t mean others shouldn’t be able to get theirs, too.
I still don’t have my rank 2 either. It wouldn’t be half as bad if it was a central location but to keep going way up there and then not being able to do anything is more than I care to do.
It’s been bugged all last week and this week on our server. This is a serious bug that needs to be fixed!

I just go over and check every so often, I think after someones summoned it the shards stay up for a good while, at least in my experience, so you just have to catch it when the event “spawns”. It’s kinda like how sometimes you just can’t plant the lasher or the pool for chum isn’t around.
Its very frustrating, especially since you don’t even have a guaranteed chance to get a recipe.
I’ve heard 6h but that seems far too long.
Tatty, this is not the same as waiting for the boss to be up again. You could camp him for days and he can’t be summoned by anyone.
Uh… is it wasting players’ time? Then it’s not a bug.
