Is this trinket with a 5 minute cool down that resets every time the horde die working as intended? Kind of aids killing the same 5 mages who are trying to make youtube highlights 20 times in a row.

Just more ways that Blizzard caters to Horde.
There is no cooldown on the exalted trinket. I can die and port back as many times as we want. Aliance have this too.

theres a 5 minute cooldown that is active on trinket but when the horde dies the cooldown resets, this sounds bugged to me, but it might be working as it did in classic im not sure
Not really sure what your getting at. all the trinkets have a 2 minute cooldown except for rank 6, this includes both horde and alliance.
Is this the alleged cheat another person posted about?
It has a 2 minute cd. No cd if exalted.
